When most of us think of being a “member” of something, we relate it to joining a club or clique. At Kessid, when we talk about being a member, it means being a part of an organic community where we love and serve each other, come together to worship, and spread the message of Christ to our world. Our heart is that your story would be known, you and your family cared for, and that together we would journey toward the same goals, values and most importantly, Jesus. It is not a rigid or religious tradition. In 1 Corinthians, Paul talks about the church being the body of which believers are members. As members we work together to accomplish the great commission of Jesus, take care of each other, and our church. Becoming a member of Kessid is committing to our church family, and us to you.

To learn more about membership and have the opportunity to become a member, you can sign up for our Membership Class. Please check your bulletin or church app to find out when our next class is!
We hold Member’s Meetings on an as needed basis. We will let members know via our Member’s monthly e-newsletter when we are going to hold a meeting. At this meeting we come together to worship and celebrate, as well as discuss vision, any updates or changes coming, and give everyone a chance to ask any question they like. This gives everyone a voice at Kessid. You do not need to be a member to attend. This meeting is open to anyone who would like to participate.
