Kind and Helpful
Here at Kessid, we want everyone who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, safe and comfortable! This begins with greeters who welcome people with a smile and offer any assistance with checking in children, directing people to our Welcome Center, or helping them find a seat. Our motto is “Kind and Helpful.”
Guest services includes:
• Greeting (handing out bulletins, shaking hands and welcoming people at the front doors)
• Ushering (helping people find seats, helping the flow of people in and out of services)
• Hospitality (setting up tables in service with hot drinks and water, brewing coffee)
